Man has his penis removed due to penile cancer

A man showed the remains of his genitals after having his penis removed on UK's ITV yesterday. Collin who has been married to his wife for 47 years says he made the decision to have the painful operation after he was diagnosed with penile cancer and doctors warned he could die without it.

Speaking up about how the disease has affected their marriage, he said that he no longer has a sex drive although is able to get an erection. "I lost my manhood," he explained. "I'm not the man I used to be. It plays hell with your head.

His wife Sheena said: "The sex is gone. I'm the loneliest person with this. I did feel like I was being shut out," she added. "But we've been together for 50 years and we will get through this."
